Samsung Galaxy Note 7 Made a Jeep on Fire



Newspapers in Florida recently reported a jeep fire.The jeep was parked near a restaurant and the owner and his wife along with their daughter was inside the Restaurant.The owner says the fire was caused by his Samsung Galaxy Note 7 which was kept for charging inside the Jeep.The fire caused damages to one room in the Restaurant.The owner of the Jeep was charged a high fine.This incident added to earlier reports against the overheating of the Samsung Galaxy Note 7.Now the Samsung company has been forced to issue a massive recall and stop shipments of new phones.

The Samsung Galaxy Note7 runs Android 6.0.1 and is powered by a 3500mAh non removable battery. It measures 153.50 x 73.90 x 7.90 (height x width x thickness) and weighs 169.00 grams. The Samsung Galaxy Note7 is a dual SIM (GSM and GSM) smartphone that accepts two Nano-SIM. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, NFC, 3G, 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India). Sensors on the phone include Proximity sensor, Ambient light sensor, Accelerometer, and Gyroscope.
